Fishingfan221on 12 Dec 2009 at 3:42 am 2@catfisher10100 Rooster tails are you kidding me i give my 7 and 9 year old cousins that to catch little 8inchers maybe in a pond or something but not on an actuall lake.
proudtoserve1on 12 Dec 2009 at 4:18 am 3Clear Lake is gross, I will never swim in there again. It does have some excellent fishing, however.
Bigtimfish1on 12 Dec 2009 at 4:36 am 4@mkalinyuk87 In the spring (spawn), MOST of the big bass people catch are not caught because they are hungry, A bass will sit on it’s bed a protect it. They will bite a bait not to eat it, but to carry it off and get it away from the bed. It’s a terretorial/protection instinct.

oddvious1on 12 Dec 2009 at 5:56 am 6A rooster tail? lol, thats kind of obsolete. It does sometimes catch alot of bass but ive gotten alot more small bass on it than big ones

mkalinyuk87on 12 Dec 2009 at 7:34 am 9Right now is good fishing, cause it’s fall. Bass eat to get fat for winter. Also, spring is one of the best times too. It’s spawning season for bass and they’re really hungry and attack almost anything!
sako282on 12 Dec 2009 at 8:13 am 10when do u go bass fishing i live in ca to and i wanna know when to go fishen for bass
catfisher10100on 12 Dec 2009 at 9:07 am 11the ultimate bass fishing lure is a rooster tail hands down
mkalinyuk87on 12 Dec 2009 at 9:39 am 12Try a spinnerbait. I live in CA and I go about once a week to Camp Far West Lake and the fishing there is INSANE on spinnerbaits. But the key is the right color. The one that works best here is a chartreuse/white with gold AND silver blades. Try that. Me and my dad had like 15 hits last week, pulled in 13 and took 10 home for dinner

Fished from the shore and caught 5 bass, all keepers biggest was a 4 pounder. And guess what? I caught them all on a Kastmaster! lol! Total bass count for the whole trip was around 14, best fishing in my life. Great vid btw, awesome tips! will never forget clear lake!

pubmaster111on 12 Dec 2009 at 1:22 pm 21fishing is a sport and a hobby and it doesent matter what they wear its a shirt with there sponsers on it.
chido0000000on 12 Dec 2009 at 1:36 pm 22To call fishing a sport is like calling tic tac toe or checkers or paper rock scissors a sport. Its a hobby at best and why are most fishermen such queers. I mean look at what they wear….. They love to hold that rod all day.
