   I do this at a local pond because the only thing the bass take is frogs/frog imitations the pond was drained and is extremely shallow so the bass are very finicky. Me and a friend both have caught 8+ pounders doing this. Nice catch try it right around when the sun sets and hang on

   quinnt, you hook the frog on the leg or the lip. That will do the job.
