Best Bass Fishing Lures

I have tried many lures but none of them constently produce good sized fish. What lure do I use???????????/

I dont have access to a boat so I have to fish from the bank. I really enjoy crappie and bream fishing. I also like to try my luck with bass fishing from the bank, but usually don’t have much luck with that. Any and all answers are welcome and appreciated.

Our bass fishing club is just coming together and we need a name for our tournament series. We are going to be fishing 5-10 lakes all in Virginia. We are based in the Shenandoah Valley and minimal money is on the line. Just need some good ideas.
