I am going to go fishing for about a week at kangaroo lake in wisconsin and wanted to know what some good baits and lures are. I only have 2 spinners and thats it. I am pretty much a beginner.

Kangaroo Lake

Nearest Town: Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin

Lake Size: 1,125 Acres

Fishing Species: Walleye, Northern Pike, Bluegill, Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass

Lake Access: Southeast shore of lake off Hwy. 57

Lake Notes: Maximum depth of 16 ft.

I will be glad to catch any kind of fish

Fishing on Lake Conroe is slow with the heat affecting the fish and the anglers. The surface temperature of the water is running high 80s to low 90s in the main lake and the water is clear, and the level is 200.51 feet, a half a foot below pool.

I asked this question before and never got a definitive answer. I’m trying to decide to go down to Florida in late March-late May. What is the best time to get huge bass with live golden shiners? Also, I am planning definitely hiring a guide to fish Lake Tarpon but also hiring a guide to fish another lake like Okeechobee but I don’t know what other lake is a hot spot RIGHT NOW. I think I heard that Okeechobee isn’t that good because of the drought. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
